Ingredients:
For the Wontons:
- 1 lb (450g) ground pork or chicken
- 2 green onions, finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 package wonton wrappers (about 50)
For the Soup:
- 6 cups chicken or vegetable broth
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 inch ginger, sliced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 2 cups bok choy or spinach, chopped
- 2 green onions, sliced (for garnish)

Instructions:
- Make the Wontons:
