AIR FRYER YORKSHIRE PUDDING

Posted on September 30, 2024

Here’s a simple recipe for making Yorkshire pudding in an air fryer:

Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup milk
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil or drippings

Instructions

  1. Preheat the Air Fryer: Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Make the Batter: In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, milk, eggs, and salt until smooth. Let it rest for about 10-15 minutes.
  3. Prepare the Air Fryer Basket: Add a teaspoon of oil or drippings to each cup of a silicone muffin tray or air fryer-safe ramekins. Place them in the air fryer basket and heat for about 5 minutes until the oil is hot.
  4. Pour the Batter: Carefully remove the hot tray from the air fryer. Pour the batter evenly into each cup, filling them about halfway.
  5. Air Fry: Return the tray to the air fryer and cook for 15-20 minutes, or until the Yorkshire puddings are puffed up and golden brown.
  6. Serve: Remove from the air fryer and serve immediately with your favorite roast dinner.

Enjoy your delicious air fryer Yorkshire puddings!
