Here’s a delicious recipe for Melt-in-Your-Mouth Chicken that’s tender, flavorful, and easy to prepare!

Melt-in-Your-Mouth Chicken

Ingredients:

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon dried Italian herbs (optional)
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs (panko or regular)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the Oven:
    • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a baking dish.
  2. Prepare the Chicken:
    • Place the chicken breasts between two pieces of plastic wrap or parchment paper. Pound them gently with a meat mallet to an even thickness (about 1 inch).
  3. Make the Coating:
    • In a bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, pepper, and Italian herbs until well combined.
  4. Coat the Chicken:
    • Dip each chicken breast into the mayonnaise mixture, ensuring they are well coated. Then, roll them in the breadcrumbs until fully covered.
  5. Bake the Chicken:
    • Place the coated chicken breasts in the prepared baking dish. Bake in the preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).
  6. Serve:
    • Let the chicken rest for a few minutes before slicing. Serve with your favorite sides, such as roasted vegetables or a fresh salad.
